We wanted to make sure you prepare your little ones that may have been used to the “nose spray”, (as my son calls it) a.k.a Flumist, for getting a shot this upcoming flu season. The CDC has advised against the release of the Flumist for the 2016 season based on a concern of the level of protection it would provide against the predicted Flu virus strains.
